Cancellation Policy

We require a valid credit card on file to reserve a time slot. Cancellation & No-Shows: We require a minimum 24-hour notice for changes. Late cancellations are typically billed at 50% and no-shows are billed at 100%. Arrival & Late Policy: Clients should arrive 10 to 15 minutes early. Late arrivals will cut into the client's hands-on time, but the session is still billed at the full rate.
